Introducing The Miele Vacuum Cleaner

The Miele Company began operation in the year 1899. Co-owners and founders were Carl Miele and  Reinhard's Zinkann. Their inauspicious beginnings were housed in a small farm building located in the city of Herzebrock, Germany and their products were household appliances.  In 1927 they added vacuum cleaners to their list of available products.  Since their humble beginnings they have experienced tremendous growth which includes a sterling reputation as a worldwide leader in the floor care trade.

The history of a company and its product line is an important component for the consumer when considering available products. A long business history and track record reflects attention to customer service and the manufacturing of quality products.

The Miele vacuum cleaner, known originally as the Melior, has evolved in technology since its early inception. The Miele vacuum cleaner is known for its suction power, simplicity of use, filtration system and dependability.

Suction Power

One of the critical features of the vacuum cleaner to consider is its suction power.  All Miele vacuum cleaner models come standard with a dual fan suction motor system.  The power of the 1100 watt motor coupled with the two fan system generates more suction power then other vacuum cleaners that only incorporate the use of one fan.

Simplicity Of Use

Simplicity of use is defined not only by the ease of operating the vacuum cleaner, but also defined as the ease of operation and interchanging of accessories. The Miele vacuum cleaner receives high marks in all categories.

As a convenience to the operator, the Miele vacuum cleaner is self-contained. This means that all interchangeable accessories can be found on the machine itself. In addition, the quality of workmanship found in the Miele vacuum cleaner, allows for the accessories to match together properly.

When actually using the Miele vacuum cleaner, the ease of operation is optimized through the use of one of the standard features. This swivel feature allows for the machine to be maneuvered at a full 360°.

Other features that enhance the Miele vacuum cleaner’s ease of use include a device that automatically retracts the electric cord. Additionally, newer models include a “smart” electrical cord monitoring system. The system will adjust, on its own, the length of cord being used and make lengthening adjustments as necessary.

Filtration System

Some Miele vacuum cleaner machines can be purchased that incorporate the HEPA filtration system. However, all Miele vacuum cleaners have a disposable vacuum cleaner bag system that, by design, seals itself.

Dependability

The Miele vacuum cleaner is a very dependable machine. This dependability is attributed to the dual motor system which allows for a distribution of stress in the operation of the vacuum cleaner. This decrease in stress of the movable parts, within the motor, increases the length of the motor's life.

As a failsafe mechanism, this vacuum cleaner is equipped with a sensor that is designed to detect any blockages within the vacuuming system. The sensor is activated and therefore allows the vacuum cleaner from being overheated.
